Order Confirmation:
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. We will then double-check the availability of all ordered items and ensure immediate shipment. If your order can be delivered within the promised delivery time, we will submit it to our warehouse for shipment. If the estimated delivery time exceeds the promised time, we will contact you by email and/or phone to confirm your order.
Order Shipment:
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number within 1 business day. If you have not received tracking information within 10 business days of placing your order, please feel free to contact our customer support team.
Estimated Delivery Time:
We typically deliver within 2-15 business days. Customized products usually take 4-12 weeks to arrive. If your order's estimated delivery date exceeds the promised 2-15 business days, our customer support team will contact you to confirm if that date is acceptable.
Shipping Area:
All estimated delivery dates and shipping costs displayed on the website apply only to the 48 contiguous states of the United States (including the District of Columbia). For shipping times and costs to Hawaii, Alaska, or other U.S. territories, please contact our customer service team. We do not offer international shipping, but we can ship your order to your chosen freight forwarder.
Damage:
Please inspect the packaging of all items upon receipt and verify that all packages listed on the delivery note have been received. If you find any damage or missing packages, you must note this on the delivery note, take photos, and refuse delivery. Your note should state "Refuse due to damage." If no damage is found before opening the package, you must note "Further inspection required; hidden damage may exist." If you sign for the goods without making any notes, you are deemed to have accepted the goods as is and release the seller from all liability. If you find any damage upon receipt, do not discard the packaging and contact us within two business days, providing photos of all sides of the packaged goods. If you do not send photos within two business days, we will be unable to process your claim. Upon receiving your information regarding refusal of delivery or hidden damage, we will immediately file a claim with the shipping company or manufacturer. Once the claim is processed, we will send you all replacement items free of charge. Order Cancellation and Returns:
You can cancel your order free of charge before a shipping label or bill of lading is generated, or before production of a custom order begins. Custom items cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all non-custom items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition as received. Items must retain their original packaging, which must be intact and resaleable. Refunds will be deducted from round-trip shipping costs (to the customer and return to the warehouse) and a 25% restocking fee. Orders outside the United States are non-refundable. If your order arrives damaged, please see the "Damage" section. Please contact us before returning items so we can discuss specific shipping details. All refunds will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase within 2 business days of the returned items arriving at the warehouse. If a credit card refund is not possible, we will process the refund via bank transfer.
